The site planning strategy leads to the placement of towers in a manner that all the apartments get a view of either the central recreational zone or the Road.Building blocks placed on the periphery of the site making the central space a recreational zone for all the age groups. It offers a zen garden, a temple, landscaped gardens, swimming pool and much more. Terraces and balconies have been provided to 4bhk and 3 bhk units respectively.
