Maruti Solitaire is a high-end bungalow development project in the outskirts of the city. The challenge was to be able to come up with a model that would achieve the high FSI requirements of the client and yet construct an environment that is crucial for a residential development within the development controls of ground coverage.Each bungalow here has been provided with their personal green space.
